REGIONAL PLANNING

Responsibilities of the Legal Subcommittee include, but are not limited to, reviewing and assessing the merits of formal or informal disputes arising under the Planning Participation Agreement. The Legal Subcommittee will also provide recommendations to the PMC on legal strategy for litigation or resolving disputes.  The Legal Subcommittee is composed of two representatives appointed by each Member Sector.
