FERC Order 1000
The WestConnect Transmission Owners initiated a stakeholder process in October 2011 to help guide the determination of appropriate filings with FERC to comply with the provisions of FERC Order 1000 issued July 21, 2011.
The WestConnect Planning Management Committee conducted the
first, Order 1000-compliant regional planning cycle in 2015.
