Order 1920 Joint Sixth Relevant State Entity Forum and Second Stakeholder Meeting
Announcement of Joint Sixth Relevant State Entity Forum and Second Stakeholder Meeting for WestConnect Planning Region
Pursuant to Federal Energy Regulatory Commission Order No. 1920, the Enrolled Transmission Owners (“ETOs”) in the WestConnect planning region1 hereby provide notice of the joint sIxth Relevant State Entity forum and second Stakeholder Meeting for the WestConnect planning region.2
The virtual forum will be held from 1pm-3pm Mountain Time on Tuesday, October 14, 2025. The tentative agenda for this forum includes:
1. A brief overview of the WestConnect ETOs’ draft Order No. 1920 tariff revisions;
2. An opportunity for Relevant State Entities to provide
comments, summarize any Relevant
State
Entity proposals, and address the ETOs or Stakeholders;
3. An opportunity for Stakeholders to provide input and ask
questions regarding
WestConnect’s draft
tariff; and
4. An opportunity for the Relevant State Entities to
provide input and ask questions
regarding WestConnect’s draft tariff.
The WestConnect ETOs will aim to provide new draft tariff language prior to this forum. Additional information regarding this meeting will be posted no later than one week before the meeting. All Relevant State Entities and Stakeholders are invited and encouraged to participate.
Registration and Participation
This forum is open to the Relevant State Entities and Stakeholders. All individuals seeking to attend the forum should register for this forum by 5pm Mountain Time on Friday, October 10, 2025, by filling out this registration form.
Individuals seeking to attend on behalf of a Relevant State Entity should specify what entity they represent in the registration form.
Stakeholders seeking to provide input and ask questions regarding WestConnect’s draft tariff should specify on the registration form.
Written Comments
Relevant State Entities and Stakeholders are invited to provide written comments on the draft tariff language anytime prior to the end of the state engagement period on October 28, 2025, by emailing them to Order1920@westconnect.com. Receiving comments in advance of the joint Sixth Relevant State Entity Forum and Second Stakeholder Meeting would be appreciated by the ETOs as such comments could be addressed during the meeting.
When submitting comments, please indicate whether you would like your comments publicly posted on the WestConnect website. Comments that do not affirmatively request public posting will not be publicly posted.
Reminders
Relevant State Entities and members of the public may communicate with the Enrolled Transmission Owners in the WestConnect planning region by sending any questions or comments to Order1920@westconnect.com
The same email address should be used to notify the Enrolled Transmission Owners regarding any agreement by the Relevant State Entities as to (i) Long-Term Regional Transmission Cost Allocation and/or (ii) a State Agreement Process.

No. 1920 at P 1355 defines Relevant State Entities “as any state
entity responsible for electric utility regulation or siting
electric transmission facilities within the state or portion of a
state located in the transmission planning region, including any
state entity as may be designated for that purpose by the law of
such state.” All other capitalized terms used in this notice have
the meaning provided in FERC Order No. 1920.
