REGIONAL PLANNING

The responsibilities of the Cost Allocation Subcommittee (CAS) include, but are not limited to, performing and/or overseeing the performance of the regional cost allocation methodology. The CAS also is to review and make recommendations to the PMC for implementing definitions of benefits and cost allocation methodology as necessary. The CAS is to identify whether any regional transmission project seeking regional cost allocation is eligible for regional cost allocation under the governing standards in effect in the WestConnect region and report its conclusions to the PMC for purposes of PMC review and consideration.
